CAN I ORDER CATERING THE SAME DAY AS MY EVENT?

Yes! We request as much advance notice as possible - but we do our best to accommodate any last-minute requests. You can find our menu linked here. Please email orders@mikeschicken.com . You can also call us at 469-278-6249 and we will always do our best to accommodate.

HOW DO I PLACE A PICK-UP CATERING ORDER?

On ordering page, you have the option to select "Pick Up" or "Delivery". You can also place a catering or pick-up order on our Mike’s Chicken app.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER EMAIL OR THE PHONE?

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR CATERING?

We accept pick-up and delivery catering orders of all sizes.

FOOD SETUP

HOW MUCH FOOD COMES IN A 9x13 TRAY?

Our 9x13 trays feed 6-8 for a main and 8-10 people for sides. If you have light or heavy eaters, your order should be adjusted accordingly.

HOW IS THE FOOD PACKAGED?

All food at Mike's Chicken is packaged to-go in resealable containers. All delivery orders are double wrapped with kashrus tape.

DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE PLATES, NAPKINS, ETC.?

All catering orders come with individually wrapped napkins and utensils.

WILL YOUR TEAM HELP SET UP MY ORDER?

Besides special events, our catering services are drop-off only for now.

WHAT VEGAN/GLUTEN-FREE/SOY-FREE OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?

We do our best to provide options that accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. We are constantly updating our menu with new dietetic and GF options. If you have any additional questions about ingredients, please feel free to email orders@mikeschicken.com or call us at 469-278-6249

HOW MUCH FOOD DO YOU RECOMMEND PER PERSON?

We recommend a 1/2 pound chicken of choice, 2 sides and/or greens per person. We recommend not going too broad on the variety of sides to ensure you don't run out of any favorites. Please stay tuned for our packages for easy ordering.

DELIVERY + PAYMENT

WHEN SHOULD I REQUEST DELIVERY DROP-OFF IF MY EVENT STARTS AT XX AM/PM?

We suggest having your order delivered 30 minutes before your serve time. If you are located in a high security building, we would suggest 45 minutes to be on the safe side.

WHAT IF MY ADDRESS IS OUTSIDE YOUR DELIVERY ZONE?

DO YOU HAVE A RECOMMENDATION ON GRATUITY?

Tipping is optional, but a gratuity of 5-15% (or any custom amount) can be added at checkout and is always appreciated.

DO YOU ACCEPT TAX EXEMPTIONS?

Due to the ongoing chicken shortage all recurring discounts have been temporarily suspended. We hope to reinstate all discounts once the situation improves (G-d willing). Yes. Please send us a note at orders@mikeschicken.com. We will need the following information: A copy of your tax exemption form, designated drop-off date & time, and delivery address.

ORDER UPDATES

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We request 12 hours notice of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time. Same day cancellations could be subject to a 50% charge of the order price. If the food has already been made, cancellations cannot be honored and the customer will be billed at full purchase price.
